A Little About Me...
I became a personal trainer to help as many people as I can feel healthier, stronger and fitter within themselves as well as look better and feel more confident in their own skin.
I have always been very tall and naturally skinny so I started going to the gym mainly to get stronger and put on some muscle. I then got addicted to the feeling of getting stronger, fitter and seeing a difference in my physique so decided to attend college and study Fitness, Health & Exercise. While studying, I worked part time as a gym instructor at Kippie where I gave gym inductions and instructed the youth gym class.
Since achieving my diploma in Fitness/Health & exercise and my level 3 in personal training, I have continued to study through books on programming, travelling to courses and expanding my knowledge so I can help my clients get the best results possible. I can help you lose body fat, tone up, get stronger and fitter by providing a custom built program to best suit your goals.
