A big thank you to everyone who braved the weather to come along to our first Friday Night Fun Night of the summer. Weather aside the evening was a success. We have 3 dates remaining so don’t delay – book today by calling 01224 739901.

Our Bouncy Castle will now by up every Friday throughout the holidays subject to weather conditions 4PM – 8PM and every Saturday and Sunday from 12NOON – 6PM

Now that the summer holidays are upon us we will be introducing our new fitness schedule on Monday for the rest of summer.
We have new classes too!

Please note: Pilates and Yoga will be returning onsite as from next week in Studio 2.

As part of Kippie Lodge’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of it’s community, I am their onsite therapist. Whether you are experiencing a period of low mood and anxiety or want help with performance at work, I can help you on your journey!

I have over 35 years experience in the field and opened my own practise 9 years ago in a mission to help as many people as possible. My practise has grown since then due to my ongoing training & experience and me striving to be the best in this field.

I specialise in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Rewind Trauma Therapy as well as Clinical & Medical Hypnotherapy. This means that I can help clients with a wide range of issues from weight loss to phobias. I continue to try and expand my knowledge with courses and supervision.

Summer Camp

It’s finally upon us – 7 weeks of fun and adventure. If you are booked your child onto summer camp this year it is essential that you fill in our consent form. You can download this by clicking on ‘groups’ in kippie.life and head to the week that you have booked.

PARQ 2021

Have you completed your PARQ form this year? It is vitally important that you do. This questionnaire will highlight if you need to seek medical advice before regular exercise. The information will also be held on our database and inform the team if you have any medical issues that we need to know about. You can complete this form via your members dashboard on kippie.life. Started his journey in 2017 as a lifeguard. Over the years Scott progressed in to different disciplines including Les mills; RPM, Pump, Combat & Attack as well as Bootcamp and youth gym.

Mitchell Robb

ABS and Youth Activities

Mitch is 19 years old and recently passed his level 2 in sports coaching at college. Big Congrats to Him!
He is also currently studying for his Level 6 in Sports, Exercise and Science

Join him for Abs classes on a Monday night from 6pm to 6:30pm.
If your kids are budding Badminton players they can join Mitch between 2pm - 3pm in Studio 1.

WENDY GRAY

Aches & Pains Aqua

A fun session sprinkled with movement science. Exercising in a pool provides relief with pain and stiffness in the joints.

It is a great class if you are recovering from surgery or got arthritis.

You will be working at your own ability but quickly will see progression as the weeks progress.

The class takes place each week on Thursdays at 13.50 (1.50pm).

Go on, head to the pool and give it a try!

Latfiya has been covering fitness classes throughout Aberdeen since 2015 and we are delighted that she is taking four classes here at Kippie.

"I am super excited to be joining the Kippie team. My love for fitness has made me expand my training skills to include the latest techniques including Pilates and Power Pilates with which I am certified to work with. My workouts are all about precise and controlled movements while maintaining proper alignment. If you have never attended a strength or kettlebell class please do not feel you cant take part."

"Despite on the skill or difficulty level of any class I teach it will be suitable for every level as there are modifications always available,  just like every instructor I work with the client’s needs, to encourage them and always include.I provide options whether you are a pure beginner or advanced."
