Before you start the class, please make sure your surroundings are safe. You will need enough space to travel four steps forward, back, left and right. Make sure the surface you use to dance on is stable and not too hard (not tiled or concrete ).
Not all exercise is suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise could result in injury. Always move at a level that is suitable for your body. If you feel any pain or discomfort while doing the class stop. If you feel ill or experience any dizziness do not continue the class.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to always work within your own capabilities. If you have a particular injury or condition always consult your doctor before participating.
