The Slinger!

Its here! Our Slinger has arrived. You will be able to hire the slinger for your own use at a cost of £10 per hour. Before hire you must have completed an induction on how to use the machine and have signed a waiver form. We are hosting group inductions which will begin on Wednesday 29th at 9.30am and Thursday 30th at 2pm. Alan will also be starting each Cardio class with an induction to the Slinger, so if you attend Cardio Tennis there will be no requirement to come along to the Inductions. You will be able to hire the Slinger from next Friday.

Comic Relief

A BIG thanks to all our generous members who donated and cycled last weekend at our Lands End to John O Groats. We raised £567.25 for Comic Relief. Well done to all involved.
